Manage a high-volume of freight, averaging over 250 shipments per month, while ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Utilize Transportation Management Systems to track shipments, manage loads, and communicate updates to carriers and customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize freight movements.
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during transportation, providing exceptional customer service.

Resume
